Out of 5 stars I give my experience a 6! The 56" bathroom vanity I ordered is absolutely beautiful! Peter Graves was my Customer Service representative who helped me make my selection and even emailed me photos of the piece with the hardware details. The delivery experience was nothing like I have read on the website. Everything was well packed and protected. UPS freight promptly set up the delivery date and the driver called 2x to let me know what time he would arrive. He was very courteous and carefully placed it in the garage. I would definitely order again and have recommended MaxFurniture to all my friends.

A lot of excellent verbiage, I know. But it is the truth. After moving into our new house we decided to treat ourselves and our son to new bedroom suites. While being an internet shopping veteran and having purchases smaller pieces of furniture on the internet, I had never purchased anything this large before. I shouldn't have worried. After finding what we wanted, we went around to all the local furniture stores around Toledo seeing if we could find the same thing for the same price. We couldn't even come close.if the price was close the quality was terrible. If the quality was good the prices were bad. So we ordered the two bedroom sets. all together it was just shy of $4,000. We would have easily spent double that locally! The one set had a note on the page stating that there might be a bit of delay so we expected that. The ordering process and the site are easy to navigate with a decent amount of detail information to help assist you in your purchase. Once the order wen through we received an email letting is know that there would be a week delay in getting the order out, which was expected. Once the order was shipped we got an email letting us know it was shipped along with the shipping company information.3 days later we got a call from the shipping company asking us when the best time to deliver the order. The shipping company was equally as pleasant as the ordering process. We had a total of 14 boxes! The driver and his helper brought in all 14 boxes into the house and were careful not to get dirt in the house. We didn't pay for the white glove delivery, just did the standard delivery with the shipping insurance but the guys had no problem bringing the order into the house and were very friendly and professional, even though it was only 11 degrees! Everything was packed extremely well. The fit and finish of the sets are even better than the descriptions and everything went together easily. Nothing was missing. The biggest problem we had was how to get to our front door after we flattened all the cardboard! We will definitely buy furniture again from Max Furniture. You've earned yourselves a customer! God job

James Martin White Linen Cabinet

This is the most unique and practical linen cabinet I have ever seen. It is a beautiful, finished, laquered white, and easy to keep clean. Cabinet door is so quiet and closes slowly. I love it and keep thinking of other places to use this in my house. Max Furniture is the BEST!
