Request
an RMA Number
You
must obtain an RMA number before returning material to MaxFurniture.com. This is done by completing the
online RMA form.

Serial
number of the product in question. For
fans, memory or misc computer components we only need the
serial number of the COMPUTER SYSTEM the component came from.

Part
number of product in question. For
fans, memory or misc computer components we only need the
part number of the COMPUTER SYSTEM the component came from.

Name
of a contact at your company
-
Detailed
description of the problem with the equipment
-
Date
of delivery

| MaxFurniture.com will notify you of your RMA #, when you
submit your RMA form.
All
RMA #'s are valid for 14 days from the issue date.

Review
Your Warranty
Please
note the length of the warranty of the returning item(s). If
out of warranty, you need to send a check or Purchase Order for our
bench fee of $75.00 per item.
Also
note that many Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) warrant their
products for many years. If your MaxFurniture.com' s warranty has expired, please check with
the OEM for warranty and repairs.

Packaging
Your Equipment
After
receiving your RMA number, use the following steps to prepare your
package for shipment:

Use
a box large enough to allow for adequate cushioning material on all
sides of the equipment.

To
properly cushion the contents of your package, wrap each item separately.
Use proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions.

Include
in your shipment a description of the problem and a point of contact
at your company.

Do
not include any accessory pieces such as mounting brackets, power
cords or software.

Firmly
tape the lid of the box with packaging tape.

Labeling
Your Package
When
shipping a package, include your RMA number on the label. Send the
package to the following address:

| All
RMA #'s are valid for 14 days from the issue date. |
| Failure
to follow these instructions may result in your shipment being refused
or your RMA not being processed. |
| Items
can only be returned for restocking within 90 days from the date
of shipment. |
| There
is a limited warranty on "repaired" items of 90 days from
the Date of Repair (DOR). DOR is the date on the Test Report or Shipment
documents from MaxFurniture' s vendor.
