I loved the look of this bed but I could not fit that canopy in my room. I called Max and talked to one of the sales ladies to see if it came any smaller (one can hope..:)). In fact, they said the bed was designed to be used without the canopy as well so I could just use the posts or it even comes without the posts which is really kind of a low post option. I have to say, I love it more with the low posts. Absolutely gorgeous bed. The posts did come with it so I can add them later or I can mix it up. I did not get the canopy. Sad it won't fit but really happy they made the bed for rooms like ours. Love it

I have high ceilings in my house, so I thought a canopy bed would work. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of this bed as well as the other pieces in the set. Any person considering buying one, pay for the white glove.

Terrible delivery , 4/16/2009

Their shipping company is simply terrible. They were over 2 hours late with our delivery. Judging by the merchandise on the truck, I was not the only one waiting. Since I ordered "white glove service", I assumed they will move our old set to a guest room, no such luck. So I ended up paying $300 in delivery charges to have my new furniture left in my living room. Max, explain to people what "white glove" really means.
