I do a lot of shopping online and I have to thank Max Furniture for the most positive shopping experience online (or offline for that matter) I’ve had in a long time. The delivery guys were fabulous and very polite (they put up with me changing their directions a few times!), and my furniture is absolutely perfect in terms of quality and exactly as described on the site—the hand-stained finish is gorgeous. I may be back for matching pieces soon! They made sure to keep me up to date on the delivery. The staff people were polite, they knew what they were talking about, and they were quick to answer my question.

Excellent quality. Took a while to setup. Very heavy when delivered. Shoud have purchased the White Glove. Very happy. Got a GREAT deal. Anything else would have been around $7k. I did my shopping before I purchased. I would purchase again from Max. Great customer service!
