Terrific bunk bed, kids LOVE it, delivery took longer than expected, 1/2/2012

We got this bunk bed a couple of days before Christmas, and the kids thought this was the best Christmas gift ever! They just LOVE it... I like the fact that it's sturdy, has good design (good usable drawers), good roller wheels on the bottom bed, and the height is just right -- not too high where it would be uncomfortable for my kids to stand up (and hit up against the ceiling) and not too high where I would worry about them falling down. The stairs are real easy for them to get up and down, better than the normal vertical ladders most beds have. They spend hours playing on the bunk bed. On the flip side, delivery took much longer than expected. There was apparently a delay due to a side panel being damaged on delivery to the local warehouse, and the replacement from the manufacturer took a few weeks, but customer service was very nice and followed up and finally delivered a bed that we love and recommend!
